Immacula came into my and took it by storm! I can’t believe that I have achieved so much in such a little amount of time. Then I have to look back and remember that she told me that I could do it. I had gained 40lbs post baby, was suffering from a growing fibroid and little energy. As soon as I spoke to Immacula she got right on the case. She was careful to listen to every detail and document all that I had to tell her. I began the journey thinking “who am I kidding, I can’t do this.” Now when I look back it happened so quickly that now I am wondering is there an off button! Her practical and easy recipes along with a thoroughly laid out plan is error proof. I have to admit I had some struggles but in this situation the good far outweighs the uncomfortable.
Immacula has been there for the good, bad, highs, lows, late night conversations of encouragement and answering questions. I now have a renewed since of self. I have so much energy, drive and determination that was once looming in the background of my mind. This has been a total me transformation.
