After consulting with you many years ago, I admit that I never really did your plan. Well, I found it again on Sunday after having mentally changed my food mindset. I am doing really well with it. I actually enjoy the breakfast drinks, snacks and vegetable meals. Right now I’m eating quinoa, brussels sprouts and carrots. I am full and satisfied. I already feel the benefits of this life change and plan to stick to it. Thank you so much for the direction. I should have done this long ago.
